Our power lies within the small daily choices we make.
Today’s yard sale was a learning experience for me and here are my top takeaways
1. Watch what you bring into your house…because one day you may have to carry it out to the yard sale.
2. What you think is so valuable today will most likely not be in 5 years from now.
3. Stuffed animals at a yard sale may be a dime a dozen but to my daughter who has wonderful memories of each of them…. they are more valuable than gold
4. And the #1 thing that I took away from todays yard sale was this……
Love, Laughter Happiness and Joy are your home’s most valuable assets and none of those can ever loose there value.
I think when it comes down to it, we all just want to be a better version of ourselves and my plan to get to be that better version of me is by doing the things that I know I need to do and taking each step one day at a time.
Remember….. If it doesn’t challenge you. It doesn’t change you.

Today we are talking about one of the most valuable things we have and that is time.
One thing that I have learned about time is that it can never be replaced.
What I do with my time today will determine what my tomorrows will look like.
You have just as much time today as anyone else today in the world. Now is the time to make your time count. So focus on the now, be in the moment and take action on your dreams.

Running is very similar to life, it take some daily effort but once you get moving and keep moving things start to go well and feel pretty good. Although sometimes if you realize it or not or not there may be obstacles along the road of life, some are big and some are small like the little sharp rocks that get in my shoe. The question is how am I going going to deal with the rocks? The way I deal with the rocks in my shoes is I get them out and keep on moving. I know it takes a little extra time to stop, and I know it slows me down a bit, but I am in this race for the long run! Have a fantastic week.
