Running is very similar to life, it take some daily effort but once you get moving and keep moving things start to go well and feel pretty good. Although sometimes if you realize it or not or not there may be obstacles along the road of life, some are big and some are small like the little sharp rocks that get in my shoe. The question is how am I going going to deal with the rocks? The way I deal with the rocks in my shoes is I get them out and keep on moving. I know it takes a little extra time to stop, and I know it slows me down a bit, but I am in this race for the long run! Have a fantastic week.
